Our Diots, to be grilled and cooked hams are made from fresh meats certified with a French origin.

In summer or in winter you will let yourself be seduced by our products consistently produced with natural casings and following the ancient methods of Savoy !

In this product line you will also find products following traditional recipes from Savoy including wild garlic, Beaufort cheese, cabbage.

Diots à cuire - charcuteries

A Diot is the traditional sausage from the French region of Savoy and comes in several varieties ! Cooked in white wine or simply grilled, this hearty sausage will please the whole family. Our diots have the distinction of being sweated to preserve all their aroma.

Add to this low fat fresh meats, natural casings and spices and you will get an outstanding product.

We offer pure pork chipolatas and beef merguez, all produced with natural casings.

Cooked ham - cured meat

Our hams are only produced with the 3 topside parts of the same ham, that is to say, the most noble parts, following a traditional recipe from Savoy.

They are naturally certified V.P.F (pork meat produced in France), according to a tradition as old as our mountains !
