For the foie gras of Tatie Jackie, we are going even further by offering a liver coming from our beautiful Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region, which includes Savoy. For more freshness, each piece comes directly from our partner breeder slaughterer.

This exceptional product needs the greatest sensitivity. That is why the salting, seasoning and bottling are all done by hand, according to a well-kept traditional recipe from our Tatie Jackie !

We also offer our array of figs and onions, delights that sublimate our foie gras.

For the celebrations, the pork is processed through a real craftsman’s work ! All the saucissons and dried meats we prepare for your special occasions are produced with a fresh meat coming from France.

Truffles, morels and foie gras are added to our saucissons which are then put in a beautiful case. Our top of the range cases can preside on your celebrations tables or can even be put under the tree, for the greatest satisfaction of greedies and gourmets.
